The plugin, Contact Form DB, is crafted to offer a user-friendly solution for storing and handling form submissions on your WordPress website. Upon installation, it adds a new Menu Item to the WordPress backend, named “Divi Form DB.” This menu provides access to the contact form database, allowing you to easily view and manage all submissions received from your website visitors.
Whenever a user submits a form on your site using a Divi form, the plugin automatically stores the form data in the “Divi Form DB” menu. This centralizes all form submissions in one location, facilitating easy tracking and management through WordPress’ built-in tools.
For each form submission, the plugin stores various data, encompassing the submitted values, the page of submission, the submission date and time, and, if applicable, the date and time the submission was read.
