This guarantee is applicable only for paid subscriptions and is available exclusively during the initial 30 days of your subscription.
Even if you decide to cancel, you’re still entitled to use any themes or plugins you’ve already downloaded during your subscription period.

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
1. You are (previously) subscribed to a trial or free plan.
2. Refund requests submitted after the initial 30 days of the subscription period.
3. If you have downloaded 3 or more products from our library.
How to apply for a refund
We’re sorry to see you go! In order to apply for a refund, please create a new ticket on our contact page. When creating the ticket, select ‘Refund Request’ as your subject. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that it might take up to 10 business days before you will receive your refund, depending on your payment option.

Refund Application Timeframe: In order to be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, you must submit your refund request within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this 30-day period will not be considered, and no exceptions will be granted. The Divi Club adheres strictly to this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly evaluate the products during this period to ensure they meet expectations. Failure to apply for a refund within this designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of your right to claim a refund, regardless of usage or download activity.
Download Limits and Refund Eligibility: Customers are not eligible for a refund if they have downloaded three (3) or more products from our comprehensive library of themes and plugins. This restriction is in place to prevent potential misuse of our services, ensuring that customers do not exploit the refund policy by downloading an extensive number of products and then requesting a refund. Please note that downloading the same file multiple times will be considered a single download for this purpose, while new downloads will be counted individually. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our business operations.
Refund Request Protocol and Chargeback Policy: In order to initiate the refund process, all refund requests must be submitted directly via email to our support team at support@thedivi.club. It is imperative that customers contact The Divi Club directly prior to initiating any chargeback request through PayPal, credit card issuers, or other payment providers. Refunds will not be granted if a chargeback is initiated without first giving The Divi Club the opportunity to address the refund request directly. This policy ensures that we have the chance to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.
Custom Work Performed by the Support Team: Should our support team engage in custom work that is not necessitated by a bug or defect in the product, such work will not be eligible for a refund. An example of such custom work includes assistance with creating or modifying product pages that are already outlined within the product’s official documentation. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the provided documentation for standard setup processes, and any deviations requiring custom work will fall outside the scope of our money-back guarantee. Please be aware that any such assistance is provided at our discretion and may incur additional charges, which are non-refundable.
Additional Downloads After Refund Request: Once a customer has submitted a refund request, they are strictly prohibited from downloading additional products from our library. If any downloads occur after the refund request has been made, the refund request will automatically be denied. This policy ensures that customers are not taking advantage of the service by continuing to utilize the platform’s resources after indicating their desire to cancel. Any attempts to bypass this rule will be treated as a violation of our terms of service, and appropriate action may be taken.
Refund Processing Time and Payment Method Considerations: Please note that processing a refund can take up to fourteen (14) days, depending on the payment method used during the original transaction. While we strive to process refunds as swiftly as possible, the duration of the refund process may be influenced by external factors such as the specific policies of banks, credit card companies, or payment processors. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period and will provide updates as necessary to keep you informed of the refund status.
Refund Exclusion for Trial Subscriptions: Customers who have previously signed up for any form of trial, including but not limited to seven (7)-day or fourteen (14)-day trials, are not eligible for a refund once their trial has transitioned into a paid subscription. The first payment after the trial period is non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made. By agreeing to the terms of the trial, customers acknowledge and accept that the refund policy does not apply to post-trial payments, which are considered final.
Non-Refundable Nature of Recurring Payments: Refunds will only be issued for the initial payment made when starting a subscription. Subsequent automatic renewals, whether monthly or annually, are not eligible for a refund. Customers are encouraged to review their subscription settings carefully and manage their account renewals accordingly. It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to continue their service. The Divi Club will not be liable for refunds on any recurring payments made in the absence of proper cancellation prior to the renewal.
